柳承完，韓國電影導演、編劇、演員，弟弟為演員柳承範。入行早期，在朴贊郁執導《三人組》、朴基亨執導的《女高怪談》、郭景澤執導的《Doctor K》等電影中作為導演組成員。2010年執導的《神鬼交易》獲得“柳承完最佳電影”的盛讚，2013年的《柏林》和2015年的《辣手警探》大獲成功讓其躋身熱門票房導演之列。
