Álvaro 'Aldo' Pedro Duscher (born 22 March 1979) is an Argentine football manager and former player who played as a defensive midfielder. He is the current manager of Quilmes. Renowned for his physical presence on the pitch, Duscher also held an Austrian passport, and spent most of his professional career in Spain, playing in 338 official matches for four clubs – most notably at Deportivo. Over 11 seasons, he amassed La Liga totals of 247 games and five goals. He also had a two-year spell in Portugal with Sporting.
