Adolfo Bolea Sanz (24 March 1933 – 14 November 2020) was a Spanish football forward and manager. In a career spent mostly with Cádiz, he played 309 games and scored 115 goals in Segunda División, adding three in six in La Liga for Español. He also managed Cádiz in two brief spells.
