アニ・アプラハミアン（1958年8月15日生まれ）は、レバノン生まれのアルメニア系アメリカ人の核物理学者である。彼女は 1989 年からノートルダム大学で教鞭を執っています。現在はノートルダム大学のフライマン物理学教授です。彼女は2018年4月からアルメニアのアリハニャン国立科学研究所（エレバン物理研究所）の所長を務めており、この職に就いた初の女性となる。
