Song Jong-ho (송종호) (lahir 5 Oktober 1976) adalah aktor dari Korea Selatan. Karier Song Jong-ho memulai debutnya sebagai model acara peragaan busana Park Byung-Chul pada tahun 1995. Kariernya sebagai model di runway dan media cetak berlangsung sampai tahun 1999 sebelum dia berpaling ke akting.
