Wayne Michael Hill Andrews (born 25 November 1977) is an English personal trainer and former footballer who played as a forward in the Football League for a number of clubs, most notably for Watford, Oldham Athletic, Colchester United, Crystal Palace (including in the Premier League), Coventry City and Luton Town, and also appeared for several clubs on loan. As of July 2025, Andrews is the Head of Performance at National League side Southend United after a spell as the Head of Strength and Conditioning at fellow National League outfit Wealdstone from May 2024.
