Eleanor A. Palmer (July 27, 1889 – March 3, 1971) was an American actress and singer who performed under the stage name Belle Adair. She performed on stage and in vaudeville in the 1910s. On screen she was active with the Eclair film company of New York City with whom she made silent films in 1914. After 1914, she was also known by her married name, Eleanor A. Baar.
