Best books about Broadway? I've been trying to read more nonfiction and memoirs, and I love all things theatrical, especially Broadway. I'm currently reading But He Doesn't Know the Territory (about the making of The Music Man) and Hooked (Sutton Foster's memoir). I've also read the Sondheim biography by Meryle Secrest.
