Percival Lowell

Percival Lawrence Lowell (13/03/1855-12/11/1916) là một thương nhân người Mỹ, đồng thời là một tác giả, một nhà toán học và một nhà thiên văn học luôn tin rằng có kênh đào trên Hỏa tinh.
