Jaroslav Heyrovský (Czech: [ˈjaroslav ˈɦɛjrofskiː] ; 20 December 1890 – 27 March 1967) was a Czech chemist and inventor who received the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1959 for his invention of polarography.
